This location does not meet up to the advertisements that are published by media. &nbsp;The food is appalling. &nbsp;Very little protein and what is there is almost impossible to consume (tough).Desserts are mostly some form of pudding , cream pie, or ice cream. &nbsp;If you are independent and can prepare your own meals you don't have that option as there are no stoves in the units. How are people to maintain good health if the food doesn't supply what the body needs. There has been a water leak in the dining room area for years and it still has not been resolved. &nbsp;When complaints are put to the management residents get the same answer “ We will look into it”. but nothing ever happens. &nbsp;Chairs in the lounge were to be recovered a year ago &nbsp;due to age and some with urine stains etc. It still has not been done. &nbsp;Management states they are changing floors and they have to wait and see so the &nbsp;upholstery &nbsp;doesn't clash .There are no weekly visits by nurses as stated on their website. &nbsp;Recently their bus driver retired and so far there is no replacement to take residents shopping, doctors appointments or &nbsp;just day trips.&nbsp;The units do not have air conditioning. &nbsp;In the summer stand alone conditioners are placed in the central location on the upper floors with tubes attached facing the different hallways. &nbsp;I could go on, but when I have a choice I will not be going here. &nbsp;
